Old Row > University > Jefferson > Off Campus Old Row for status and probably money, University because big houses and usually good parties (Theta Chi, Sigma Chi, Pi Kapp, and Pike being favorite non-OR university houses). Some Jefferson houses are better than others (LXA, Chi Phi, DX) and then there's off campus... The girl question depends on what kind of guy you are and what kind of girls you're trying to attract.
