I agree with you but you're definitely not a PNM. Or maybe you are and you just haven't realized that you're more of an "average" PNM than you thought (we all are) and the low bid rate you're advocating would negatively impact your friends and even you, regardless of what you'd bring to your Greek organization over the course of 4 years.
