OR needs to fight harder for good OOS girls, a lot of them go NR because they feel more welcomed and don't feel like they'll be a filler girl. The reason KD and AGD are falling is because they're so stuck on only wanting souther girls. AXO, XO, and KKG in particular are doing really well with OOS PNMs. PM and DDD are somewhere in the middle. NR will have a harder time getting Deep South girls than OR will have getting good OOS girls because most southern girls have an "old row or no row" mentality, even if they'd actually be a better fit in some of the NR houses
