Old Row houses more than likely already have a full pledge class... Majority of their pledges are guys from their hometowns that they've known forever so that's why they're full. But for NR houses, both Univ Blvd and Jefferson, should still be filling out. Fall rush is big for all NR houses so I think it's safe to assume that there's still time and room for you.
