last year we were up to 2800 according to panhellenics instagram at the 1st sign up cut off and only 2700 at convocation so I don't think late sign ups are the problem. More people actually backed out during that time. I do agree that the placement rates are a problem. We should not have to place 95% of the girls thats what leads to all this "filler girls" nonsense. We need a pc size cap not quota.
