Oh, I'd try to get them taken down either way, but if she was 17 at the time, she will have a much stronger case. I don't know what the rules are for such things if you are 18 and over. If they refuse, I'd go to Instagram and anyone else that would listen to argue that they are posting inappropriate underage pictures. Thank god I did all my stupid stuff before the internet was as big as it is now.
