I just finished my freshman year and I was put on academic probation with my sorority during second semester... So now I'm going into my sophomore year and I'll be on academic probation again since my GPA still isn't up to my sorority's standard... So I was wondering if y'all think I should go inactive for the first semester of the upcoming school year? Or if anyone has similar experiences? For my house, we're only allowed to go to one social event while on academic probation, or you can go to more if you show serious improvement (like all A's and stuff)... Idk if it's worth it to be paying thousands of dollars (again) for a social organization that's restricting me to go to the social events...
