sorry i hate to be that person but i genuinely don't know why AP especially is always getting put above other new row houses. like is it just because they're hot? because from what i can tell they have a ton of drama, low retention rate, laughably bad grades, 0 involvement, multiple presidents being forced to quit, a poorly run org in general, and a piss poor rep among the rest of Panhel so what's the deal?? again sorry to be ~that girl~ because i know aphi gets a lot of crap on here but i genuinely don't get why having hot girls makes up for your house being a train wreck.
