Being a top house isn't just about rush statistics... Being a top house means that you're a consistently outgoing house through the year, not just during one week. PM may not be the MOST desired house during rush, but they are desired. PM is also very involved, they have good grades, and they're a good mix of being social and being focused. Idk, to each their own I guess but in my opinion PM is a top house... They get a lot of their top targets as well as other houses' top targets.
