Actually, lets be honest, you have a better chance of getting the truth from the actual house, than you do a bunch of randos hanging out on this site. Pretty sure @To be sure was being sarcastic with her suggestion, anyway. I'd imagine you'd find yourself more than a few houses down if you actually asked them. That said, why is there such a mystery around this anyway? I like that houses have to disclose costs this year, and if they are actually on probation, they should have to admit that too.
