I also pledged a house that I didn't like during round one. I was assisted as a child by the org my house works with for philanthropy so I had high hopes going into recruitment but it was a disappointment. Took me the full week to really fall in love with it. Long story short, trust your gut, but give every house a fair shot. They invited you back for a reason.
