Speaking on behalf of my house, we get into smaller groups and vote on the girls who we spoke to directly. My houses, and lot others, kind of have a "grading scale" where we give PNMs points for certain things like a certain GPA, certain involvement, etc. And the other girls in the group kind of have to "agree" for you to be asked back to the house. I highly doubt that some houses vote all together. Rush ends around 8/9 most days, meaning the girls would have to stay at least an extra 2/3 hours just to vote...
