Having a full card for sisterhood is a good sign that you are a 'wanted' PNM (or at least a lucky one) but there is still no promise of getting your top 3. If you go back to pref for your top 3 then yeah I'd say it's pretty much your choice unless something goes badly in the room. Houses don't ask girls back to pref that they can't see being on their lawn come bid day, which is why most PNMs end up with their first choice after pref.
