They can't come on right this minute. They don't have solid house plans (But i am sure they will once they get all the details sorted out), they probably haven't assembled the colonization team yet, on top of a hundred other things that need to happen first before they start recruiting members. Basically, they will probably come to campus during a spring semester (maybe THIS spring? Maybe NOT! Who knows!) and do a lot of PR and stuff trying to attract upperclassmen and freshmen who did not rush or dropped. The most likely won't be having a new member class at this time. The fall after that, they will probably be at OPEN HOUSE ROUND ONLY, and then they will not do anymore rounds. That is to get everyone who is participating in formal recruitment to take a look at them in the same way as the other chapters. Then once formal recruitment is they will do interviews for prospective founding members. Then they will have some sort of a pref round. THEN they will extend their bids. They will probably attempt to take as many girls as there is for total so 300-400 girls? THAT DOES NOT MEAN THEY WILL TAKE WHOEVER SIGNS UP. They know they have to be choosey. If they let any one off the street in, they know they will fail. if that means being under total, they will COB in spring until they get the girls they want. This is typically what happens with most colonies and what has happened for big colonizations at SEC schools.
