You can't have it both ways. Either SK comes or SK isn't coming. And SK IS coming. The last time an Alabama NPC sorority (re)colonized and failed: Sigma Kappa, 1988-1995. Prior to that: Alpha Xi Delta, 1981-88. And beyond that: Delta Phi Epsilon 1953-73. Alabama has had so few failed sororities it makes no sense to label our campus as a place of sorority "rejection". Also TBH we as a campus failed to make thrive two groups who colonized during the great 1980's greek life growth push. The size of recruitment classes will only go down drastically under a depressed economic situation resulting in mass exodus from greek life due to its cost.
