@no you are wrong. Here it is straight from the 2017 guidelines: i. A maximum of 5 names of potential new members with whom an active sorority member has normal contact with must be turned in to the Panhellenic Association Director of Judicial Affairs prior to the date of no contact on May 1. The Director of Judicial Affairs will set the date that this list must be turned in by. Normal contact implies relatives, friends, neighbors, and coworkers. So your bold statement that "friends are not included" may need to be revised... silly.
