What makes a pnm a great pnm? How important are recs and which houses care the most about them? I'm in state so this isnt a problem for me, but what is the deal with certain houses only wanting in state girls? There are way more oos girls than in state and honestly I would have thought that the sororities wanted more variety... I just don't understand how oos pnms aren't considered as good as in state pnms to some of the house. What are the benefits to having more in state actives and pledges?
