It doesn't attract the in state crowd - the girls that come here with social connections from high school, church, summer camps and sports As a result, it's ranked "low". For OOS - particularly non southern OOS - it's a competitive house to get into. As noted it is "looks" focused seeking social and friendly girls. I would call it a love/hate house. You are likely to either really want it or really not. If you love it, which probably means you attractive and social, it's not hard, of not you probably won't care.
