1. Typically, AXO, PM, KKG are all pretty highly sought after among PNMs from all areas/backgrounds. 2. I haven't heard anything about ZTA raising their GPA requirement. But a 3.0 is suggested by all houses. ZTA will probably continue to take many grade risks, even though they're in a new house, no hate that's just how they operate. 3. Typically, you do see a slight peak in interest for houses that have brand new houses. But it's nothing monumental. A house isn't going to flip ranks or erase reputations. Take PM for example, they had finished their house a few weeks before rush 2016, they were expecting a very, very good pledge class, but they some how struggled a little (as seen with their Fall COB). That being said, almost all sororities are in new houses by now so no one really cares enough to pledge a house because of that.
