Seems to me that y'all are just trying to further pick on Theta and GPB. If you take time to sit down and read the ratings for all the houses, you'll see the same things over and over again... You'll see 5 star ratings with paragraphs of how great XYZ house is and then 1 star ratings with paragraphs of how awful XYZ house is. This isn't just something among Theta and Gamma Phi. Also there are so many negative ratings on AXO recently because a lot of people are upset with them. Stop acting like AXO is the victim. They have a few negative ratings recently? Okay, well Theta, Gamma Phi, and literally all other houses have PAGES of negative ratings. But I doubt you'd acknowledge that because it doesn't fit your agenda that Theta and GPB are the only two houses self ranking.
