Hi! I was actually the first to go Greek in my intermediate family as well as my extended family. Overall, it's great. Parents may need some time to get used to the whole ordeal but they're usually very accepting and proud. In terms of your questions, I'm assuming you're asking about living in house? Most houses here are new, however all can house somewhere between 50-80 girls. Girls on exec board (those who hold positions in the sorority) must live in the house. And then all the other rooms are open to all the girls, sophomores and up. Living in house is usually determined by seniority, grades, and involvement in the house, as it is a luxury to live in a multi million mansion directly on campus. Also most houses have 1 and 2 person bedrooms and priced usually range between 1,000-3,000 a semester, from what I've seen... Which isn't too bad considering nice, off campus housing in close proximity to the campus can run up to 1,000 a month.
