Hi bama! I go to a different but similar size school and am going to be a RC for rush this fall. My schools greekrank site isn't nearly as active as yours so i thought i'd ask here if any of y'all had advice for a first time RC just broadly and how to deal with situations like girls being released from recruitment, girls who want to suicide, and all those sticky situations. anything helps, thanks!
