So the main difference between Old Row 1 and Old Row 2 is that OR2 is very regional/Southern/In-state focused and has a tendency to leave northern/western OOS feeling a little left out? Then that would help me understand why NR1 might be a good choice for somebody trying to decide between OR2 and NR1. Another way to think about it is that even a western/northern OOS that gets a bid to OR1 is likely to take it over either OR2 or NR1, but if somebody got both OR2 and NR1, they may have a tougher time deciding between "status" and "fit"?
