To be blunt, it's kind of weird to me that you you're not too in-tuned with social media. I don't mean that to sound shallow, but we live in a society where being up to date on insta, twitter, facebook, etc reflects our personalities/characters. If you chose not to be involved with that stuff then that's absolutely fine but it's just kind of weird and I wouldn't mention that to any actives when you rush. But anyways, I wouldn't delete your insta. Put it on private and start following people. I know there are tons of posts on the class of 2021 Facebook where people have listed their instas and if they see "alabama 21" or something like that in your bio then they usually follow back. however, do not follow any actives.
