First, make sure you've reached out to every female teacher you've ever had because that's how I got half my recs. Second, if you regularly attend a place of worship there is usually a place for announcements in the bulletin. Make a simple announcement saying you intend to attend Alabama in the fall and are interested in participating in sorority recruitment. 100% chance nosy church ladies will ask you if you need recs. Finally, make a Facebook post with a list of the sororities you need recs for. Chances are a few people will reply, either sorority women themselves or people who know their mom/aunt/cousin was an ABC at XYZ University or whatever.
