no they're not. they're one of the worst old row houses alone with ddd because they're so lowkey. they have a pretty clean reputation but that can't carry them to top tier. like most other old row houses, their house is pretty divided between the instate and out of state girls. along with that, you never hear anything about them, good or bad. they're not too philanthropic/involved compared to some other houses and their girls are pretty lowkey on the social scene. also they just had one of their girls drop because she had a baby...
