The key, IMO, is to recruit a COHESIVE group of girls instead of simply giving out bids to everyone that expresses interest. Organization, enthusiasm, and a common vision can do wonders for how a sorority is run and I think effective management + happy sisters = success. Is being the new kids on the block difficult? Yes. Is it even more difficult at a campus with Greek life as historic as Alabama? Absolutely. Therefore, SK needs to find a way to market themselves competitively and stick with it. With the right leadership and the right kind of girl, I 100% believe that they can do it. I am SO happy they are coming to our campus and I hope every house at Bama wholeheartedly throws their support behind them. This colonization has the potential to help ALL of us, but only if we love our new SK sisters and cheer them on every step of the way. This can be a win-win situation if we show them the Panhellenic love they deserve. :)
