No. I doubt all these actives have these PNMs on their contact list. And the contact list is for girls you literally have to interact with on a regular basis, such as a sister or coworker, not some incoming freshman from across the country. Commenting on instas is dirty rushing... And it makes your house look desperate. The PNMs know you shouldn't be commenting and you're putting them in an awkward place when you do. I know Panhellenic might not be patrolling insta all the time themselves, but trust me, other houses are taking note of this and hefty fines will be distributed.
