Go to the UA IFC (interfraternity council) website - each fraternity is listed on there. Take the initiative and contact rush chairmen of those you are interested in. Some may invite you to events and go from there. While there is supposedly a formal fraternity rush in early fall - many houses do not extend bids because they have already extended bids that have been accepted all through spring and summer.
