Northern OOS here. AXO, during recruitment, was always super sweet, but I was dropped before pref. FYI - grades could not have been the reasoning. By comparison, believe KD and XO pretty much never were very welcoming. But didn't have rec letters at either, maybe that made a difference. Do like the girls I've gotten to know in both houses since. Did get to pref with KKG and DDD as well as the house I picked. I think the OP is pretty fair.
