100% rush in the fall. your gpa honestly isn't that low... grade risks generally are the ones who have below a 3.0 and they're the ones who really struggle with being asked back to houses. if you're involved in anything outside of academics, that'll be something you want to mention on your resume as well as in person. so honestly a 3.3 isn't that bad, especially if you have a few extracurriculars. spring rush is difficult because you awkwardly get placed into a pledge class of 100+ girls that all already know each other. also spring rush cuts your available houses down by a large margin and you generally need to know girls in the houses you want to rush in the spring to be seriously considered. obviously everything i just said was just a generalization. if you feel you're inadequate to rush this fall and want to try to rush in the spring then by all means go ahead. just know that fall rush is much more conventional and you meet a lot of girls just through rush... you can always rush again if you don't get a house you love during fall rush. good luck!
