I am a legacy to a new row house and went with that legacy house even though I was preffed by friends at an old row house also. My house is considered middle of the road and the old row house has a lot of girls from my high school but most people here think it is higher. My third option was another new row house. I put my legacy house first and the old row second. I regret it sometimes but not often. It was better for me to get away from my high school friends because it sorta forced me to branch out. I am kinda shy so if I went to a house with a bunch of my friends, I would have just stayed in that group most likely. It is easier to stay with your group and sometimes I wish I took the easier route, but lol I see them around all the time anyway so its all fine.
