<strong>Subject:</strong><br />in-state vs oos girls<br /><br /> Poster Message:
What are some examples of how In-State girls clash with OOS girls in the Old Row sororities? I'm a legacy to 2 Old Row groups with a sitting sister in one of them at another school, and I am seriously considering those two. I've heard that there can be conflict between the two groups of girls, but what happens specifically? If it's just that the in-state girls have their own clique of friends that they were friends with since 5 years old, then I can understand that and deal with that. But is there anything else that's really THAT bad? I looked at the officer lists and I see girls from OOS as officers, so I wouldn't think it gets too deep into politics either. I'm from Texas, so if it gets really bad I guess I can just make friends with other girls from my homestate too, but I'd prefer to meet people from all over. Is this realistically possible or do girls just self-sort into cliques based on hometowns?
