The person saying you need a good GPA is wrong... DZ takes a lot of grade risks because they have to since they're not too popular among the PNMs. Recs aren't necessary either for basically any new row house... Yeah they're suggested but new row houses don't place a heavy of an emphasis on connections as old row houses do. DZ is extremely easy to get into, along with AOPi. Of the lower ranked houses, APhi wants party/pretty girls, Theta wants smart/involved girls, GPhi wants girls that are like their actives, and DG wants involved girls. DZ and AOPi are the only two houses that don't really have a "type" because they're usually left with the girls that were dropped from everywhere else... Don't get me wrong, all the houses here are amazing, but to answer your question, DZ is pretty easy to get a bid from.
