Keep in mind that every houses is going to waive their floor acceptable grade for that "special" PNM with other qualities - a national officer legacy connection, or a special talent, title, honor, actvity. Also, if the return rate dips too much, they can adjust. If you're thinking of taking some summer school courses to bolster your grades, don't bother. GPAs considered are as of spring 2017. Summer is not included.
