Of course there are some very sweet girls in Phi Mu. There are sweet girls in every house. Phi Mu has a reputation for being small town girls. Lots of pageant girls too. They go after the same PNMs that Zeta and APhi do, but they take the smartest ones (as in GPA). They get their bad reputation for being try hards - so desperate to be Old Row, even though technically they are not. The tacky white house that they gave tours of during rush (which is against the rules) is another example. People think they try to hard to be relevant (see examples above). Throw in their fight with Zeta and you kind of see what I'm saying? And nationally, Phi Mu is pretty bad. There's only a handful of decent chapters nationwide.
