I vote SAE & EN up because they stand for the system --- they are not in good shape. Same reason I support ZBT + DTD (medioc), Phi Delt (terrible), and KE (below terrible). If you want to know who's coming up fast: From medium to good - Beta, Pi Kapp From medium to real good - DX From good to real good - EX Hopefully EN, Pike & even SAE can learn from this: a good pledge class is huge, and 2 great (or terrible) ones in a row can make you top 5 -- or kick you out of the Top 10 (unless you are SAE who have had 2 mediums and a bad since I've been here)
