Honestly from what I've seen. I think as log as your gpa is good and you're nice and connect w the girls in the houses your chances are better in some ways. These days sororities do want "diversity" in their pledge classes. I put that in quotation bc obviously the majority of girls who rush here are white but ya a lot Of houses want a mix of unique people in their pledge class (not all cookie cutter)
