Speak for yourself, I re-wear my shorts all the time! But yes, what this poster said is correct. Solid colors are the safest, especially if you're a bit on the larger side. Pattern shorts can be really iffy. They only look good on slender, tan girls. Try to get something in a thick, stiffer fabric. Lace shorts and thinner shorts wrinkle too easily and get that really awkward crotch V shape after you've been sitting for too long.
