There are definitely houses where partying is heavier, and even mentioned during rush. That doesn't mean there is pressure but you definitely need to know what you are getting into and where you would be comfortable. There are nice girls in every sorority but to say that some are not, in general, wilder is misleading. And if you do want a sorority that is involved on campus, there are some that fit that more than others. Certain sororities enjoy their reputation for being laid back... some are very laid back to the point of little involvement at all ... but you have the right to know the general vibe of the house you are joining.
