um none. im not trying to like deter you from doing what you want but honestly there are no "cool" or "better" off campus frats to join. like honestly as a sorority girl, ive only ever been to one off campus frat party and it was ADPhi and it was because my friends and i literally had nothing else to do. it was cramped and almost all of the people, both guys and girls, were really weird and my friends and i left after like ten minutes. if you want a fun time in college and if you want girls to actually give you the time of day join an on campus frat. even the worst jefferson house is way, way better than an off campus frat.
