Despite everything going on, Phi Mu is still old row, collectively pretty, wealthy, classy, prestigious, selective, involved, and have a gorgeous mansion. The one freshman girl in that Zeta groupme is not representative of all of Phi Mu. Phi Mu will remain top for the same reasons Alpha Chi and Kappa remain top, despite the nasty things being said about them as well. Other houses (not just Zeta) might be bitter towards their accomplishments and successes, but it doesn't prevent them from rising from it.
