No one would say Phi Mu is rising. 30 pledges dropped and now they're in a catfight with Zeta and keying their cars. If that's not the sign of a falling house, I don't know what it. AGD got another subpar pledge class, so not sure how that's rising. XO and KD got two of the top pledge classes of everyone (KKG did too), so not sure how you consider that falling. Pi Phi scored big with their pledge classes, so I'd say they're rising. The list should be: RISING: Theta, Pi Phi, DG, ADPi, GPB FALLING: Phi Mu, DDD, ZTA, AGD Everyone else is about the same.
