It's a two way street- as houses do compete for the best pnms. The better pnms, with full cards after open house (invited to the max number of houses each round - 12/8/3) do drop houses. Note - there are many girls without full cards. The idea that full cards aren't automatic suggests houses cut pnms - not vice versa. The best pnms - at pref - get their first choice and are choosing between their preferred houses. These pnms do "get what they want". But the houses have allot of say .....they must want the pnm. If the house isn't interested, the pnm ranking them first doesn't help. \n\n\n\n\n
