I'm a theta chi here (I know right), and I just wanted to hear some opinions from outside my own frat. We definitely regard ourselves as a top 3 fraternity overall, and definetly top new row around. Do people agree that we are better than most old row fraternities like SNU and KA and Phi Gam? Honest opinions are appreciated, thanks.
