I know that many sororities already have their eyes on who they want. Sororities know who will be rushing before you even step on campus. Grades matter but are not everything to some sororitities. Sisterhood is important as you will be living and breathing the same air for 4 yrs. Looks is also something they do look at....you just have to fit in. This isn't any different from getting a job, people hire you cause they like you and you fit it.....
