Sigma Delta Tau IS ALREADY a "full-fledged sorority." They are happy with how they operate their recruitment. Why would you think they're not? Yes, they lease a house from the university over near the Campus Drive parking deck. I expect that once construction is complete on Sorority Row, they will take one of the current swing houses and remodel or even replace it. All the current NPC sororities will be glad to have them back! There's more than one way to be a sorority. FYI, their old house was at the corner of Bryant and Colonial, where the new Phi Mu house now stands.
