I agree with the other active above me. Rush is about you. You're making a lifelong commitment, do it for the right reasons, not because you want to be with your high school friend. Coming to Bama as an OOS student is great. You meet people so quickly. I was from OOS too when I rushed and I was nervous about not knowing anyone, but you really do make friends so quickly. I didn't know a single girl in my pledge class and now I have some great friends and I'm so happy I went the house I did. Go through rush with the goal of pleasing only yourself in mind, trust the process because everything works out in the end. If y'all end up in the same house then that's great, if you don't then that's because there's a reason. Good luck girls!
