Theta, DG, GPhi, APhi are like 90 percent OOS. ZTA, Pi Phi are like 75 percent OOS. ADPi, AOpi are like 2/3 OOS. But "oos" or not is only part of the story. OOS can include GA, MS, LA, TN, NC and other "southern" states. Florida is not really considered "southern". So the more relevant question, depending on where you are from, is percentage of non-southern OOS. By that measure, I say KD and PM take the most non-southern OOS (from old row).
