Wow, some of the people on here really have a problem with being critical. Greek life here is awesome and I don't regret joining a sorority here at all, but you're delusional if you think everything here is perfect and couldn't be improved in some ways. I have friends at other schools who are much more involved in their philanthropy than we are here. You are delusional if you think philanthropy in UA's Greek life is as big as it is at some other such schools. Greek life here is largely social. There's nothing wrong with that, but the first commenter is right. People here don't join houses because of philanthropy or the organizations they support.
